What would it be like if you were stuck in the past, unable to form any new long lasting memories?
Imagine a life without your Long Term Memory.
Would you have any meaning in your life and would you have any identity?
More interestingly, imagine your memory is working perfectly normally and then something happens to you so that you can’t form any new long term memories.
How would your identity change if you were completely stuck in the past?
